Highlands and Islands MSP Douglas Ross has announced the dates for his final summer surgery tour, saying he is “excited” to meet with constituents across Moray throughout August.Douglas will visit over 40 communities as part of the annual tour, which begins on Tuesday 5th August at Urquhart Village
